Anonymizer as a replacement for the proxy. Checking on the validity of proxy

I stumbled on an interesting note, titled "And a little more about Google Hack», in which the author describes the use of proxy (eg anonymizer - site Anonymouse) instead of public proxies to bypass captcha on Google.
This method of using proxy is also a liking to me and I decided to write a script for collecting and checking the validity of the list of public web proxy.
